- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Some of the higher people at this location are very unprofessional. Was waiting to be connected to someone of importance. The phone was picked up and the lady covered the phone and continued talking to her coworker about "What he put on facebook". Really? I yelled "HELLO?!" and she replies "yeah? what do ya need?". They sent out a debit/credit card to me, even though I only have a SAVINGS account there. She was in such a rush to get me off the phone she wasnt even making any sense. She told me they magically pulled my name, they use to issue debit cards to people with savings accounts but no longer do it. "It's useless, it's useless just cut it up.". All I wanted to know is WHY I received one in the first place, but I guess it was magic as she said. Someone needs to slap this broad back into reality.By EN OH ESS, February 14, 2017
